Marsha’s career in fitness and health began in her twenties. She had dreamed of becoming a nurse, but at some point decided to pursue the preventative side of health and wellness. She became a high intensity aerobics instructor, manager and director for health clubs in California. She opened the first fitness studio in the Canyonville and Myrtle Creek area of Oregon.
For over 30 years has continued her education in stress management and over all health for the “mind, body, and spirit.” Marsha has arrived at some simple but life altering techniques, observations and realizations that came through her many years of working with clients and studying the wisdom of the ages. In her 5-year run television series “The Masters Method”, Marsha taught stress management and relaxation and how to transform the natural stress that comes from living into energy capable of improving our physical and spiritual well being throughout our lives and well into old age.
