Marsha’s career in fitness and health began in her twenties.  She had dreamed of becoming a nurse, but at some point decided to pursue the preventative side of health and wellness. In her 5-year run television series “The Masters Method”, Marsha taught stress management and relaxation and how to transform the natural stress that comes from living into energy capable of improving our physical and spiritual well being throughout our lives and well into old age. The videos aired for five years due to the popularity of the program.

It's me.  Love to kayak on a warm summer day.

My first book signing.  What an experience!

ON A MORE PERSONAL NOTE

I have been happily married for nineteen years to the man of my dreams.  I have three grown children, two boys and a girl.  My eldest son has made me a grandma to  three beautiful and wonderful grandchildren (of course they are the best!)

I love to write and have been inspired by life itself.  It is a passion for me, and a passion
to share the gifts that have been given to me.

My children are all awesome writers! I could scream from the rooftop how proud I am of each of them.  I wasn't always the best mom (it's a tough job), but they know they were always loved and I tried!

My husband tagged me "the Human Happy Face", and he is correct.  I am happy almost
all the time, and when stress hits me, YES, I use the techniques I am trying to share and
teach.

I am also known as "all speed and no control"(that probably came from my insane and positive
energy level.), and Marathon Marsha (I love to paddle).

Love Northern California and am a native of this state.  I have one sister and a twin brother. I adore my family, kayaking, bike riding, hiking, photography, and collecting old books (I read  them too!)

Of course I love making money when people buy my CD and book, and it's necessary:), but
I am intensely proud of these projects because I believe in them, have seen miracles happen,
and know they are helping a lot of people!  What could be sweeter?
